Limited Life-Time Warranty

 

“The knife is a tool for cutting”.  Ultimate Equipment warrants the original owner that this knife will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Ultimate Equipment will repair or replace without charge, at our discretion, any knife returned for warranty work and defective operation.

 

What is covered: This warranty covers replacement parts and labor.

 

What is not covered: Shipping to Ultimate Equipment for warranty work, normal wear, re-sharpening of the blade, damage caused by neglect, misuse, or failure to perform routine maintenance.

 

What will void the warranty: Using the knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, punch, chisel, throwing knife, disassembly beyond the grip panels, and improper sharpening techniques.

 

What we need to process the warranty: Bill of sale or satisfactory proof of purchase, description of problem, prepaid shipment with insurance to our facility for the item.

 

Please contact Ultimate Equipment by email when you have a problem with the knife.  Some issues can be easily fixed by the user.  Also contact us for shipping instructions if a knife needs to be sent back to Ultimate Equipment for repair.
